I am a Kansas City Metro software developer and Senior Engineering Manager leading a software development team focused on proprietary systems. My name is Josh Goodman, and I’ve spent my career at the intersection of hands-on development and engineering leadership.

In parallel, I have been in a DBA role for 12+ years focused on Microsoft SQL Server. That started with hands-on daily support and evolved into managing the DBA team and driving its technical direction.
